"I have dealt with low back issues for years, and in the last 2 years I've had multiple bulged/herniated discs which have also led to plantar fasciitis, leg and foot muscle weakness, and a morton's neuroma in my foot (nerve radiculopathy from S1 impingement). I started using the decompression table at the end of last year and had major relief within about a month. At the beginning of June I started getting adjusted and doing exercises with Dr Scott and his intern Zach. I've had a significant increase in strength and decrease in pain.
